Thank you for choosing Brazen Legal! This is your Client Welcome Guide.
Hey, I’m Bianca!
I'm the founder and CEO of Brazen Legal. I started this law firm in 2014 to celebrate and honor the humanity and dignity of the immigrant experience while delivering quality legal services and resources while providing a streamlined immigration process to help families and employers navigate the complex United States immigration system.
As I’ve already mentioned in your onboarding email, this is your Client Welcome Guide. Think of this page as your resource for all things Brazen Legal- from when we’re open, to how to reach us.
Following this Client Welcome Guide is paramount to a successful working relationship.
Thank you for choosing Brazen Legal. I’m so excited to work with you!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Promise.
Your trust means everything to us, and we know resolving your immigration case is one of the most important issues in your life right now.
While we cannot guarantee a winning outcome in your case, we do promise to provide personalized service to you and your family during this representation, and we will do everything in our (legal) power to work towards achieving your desired outcome in this case.
Your Role + Responsibilities.
A successful working relationship requires us to work together to achieve the desired outcome in your case.
You've got to help us help you. This means being an active participant in your representation by cooperating with our requests for information needed for your case, always being truthful with us, and avoiding things that may make your case difficult, such as recklessly posting on social media, communicating with us outside of our standard methods, not following our instructions, or giving us fraudulent documents to send in for your case.
Communication.
The way to get in touch with us is via email to clients@brazenlegal.com , but I do understand that sometimes it's easier to hop on a call to hash things out.
If you do need to hop on a call with us, click here to schedule one asap. You can always schedule a meeting with me at any time for any reason, but it needs to be scheduled so that we avoid wasting time playing phone tag.
We aim to respond to non-emergency emails within 2 business days, but try our best to respond same day.
NO TEXTING: For privacy reasons, we do not communicate with our clients via text message, including WhatsApp, or other social media platforms.
Managing Expectations.
Each case is different, but here is our general process:
Phase 1: We'll work together to gather the supporting evidence required for your case. You will receive an email from Pigeon, the portal we use to securely collect your sensitive information, and we will complete any forms that are necessary for your immigration case
Phase 2: We'll finalize your application packet for your final approval and prepare it for filing with the applicable immigration agency
Phase 3: We'll track your case through our internal system and advise you of updates through to case completion

Managing Case Updates and Changes.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, case processing times can change over the course of our working relationship. We track each of our cases, and receive an email notification whenever there has been an update.
Likewise, we will always let you know the progress of your case, and will provide you with relevant updates as soon as we receive them. However, you are also welcome to track your own case progress at USCIS, the National Visa Center (NVC), or in Immigration Court, which you can do at the following links below:
