ABOUT BIANCA JORDAN, ESQ.
Bianca Jordan is an immigration attorney and entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Brazen Legal, an immigration law firm that handles complex cases to help people acquire lawful permanent resident status (aka a green card) through family, deportation, and humanitarian immigration options.
Prior to becoming an immigration attorney, she studied international human rights law and performed human rights work in the Dominican Republic and Haiti to address the inhumane treatment of Haitian migrants and Haitians of Dominican descent rendered stateless due to the Dominican Republic’s anti-Haitian laws.
She currently sits on the boards of various nonprofit organizations that provide immigration and business services to the immigrant community; and has used these skills and experience to assist women entrepreneurs in Haiti and Massachusetts with creating and managing their small businesses.
She is passionate about providing culturally relevant legal information to the immigrant community via social and local traditional media.
She has been a featured speaker at various colleges, universities, and conferences.
Attorney Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, a Master of Business Administration in Management, and a Juris Doctor degree.
